Round Table Recording Company offers professional music recording services in Indianapolis for artists, bands, and creatives. Book your session today to record in an inspiring, professional environment built to help you capture your best performance at the highest quality!

Our session rates are transparent and designed to fit a range of budgets — from short vocal tracking sessions to multi-day full album recordings:

• Sessions have a two-hour minimum.

• Sessions require a 50% deposit (non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the session).

• Sessions past midnight are subject to an additional $25/hour late-night fee.

• Groups over 10 people are subject to an additional $25/hour large group fee.

• Same day sessions are subject to an additional fee of $10/hour.

• Equipment fees:

  • Keyboards, guitars, and amps are $25/session.

  • Our drum set can be rented for $100/day.

  • Piano tuning must be requested in advance of a piano recording session. The tuner’s fee is billed at the tuner’s rate of $150.

Studio A

Our largest recording space, Studio A is designed for live bands, drum tracking, full ensembles, and larger commercial productions. With plenty of room for musicians and professional acoustic treatment, it’s ideal for capturing dynamic live performances and full-session recordings.

Studio B

Studio B is our primary production and vocal studio, built for modern music creation, vocal recording, solo artists, podcasts, audiobooks, and voiceover work. Whether you’re producing a full track, recording vocals, or tracking spoken-word content, Studio B offers a comfortable and focused environment for detailed creative work.

Studio C

Studio C is a versatile creative space perfect for single vocal sessions, singer-songwriters, overdubs, beatmaking, editing, and smaller recording sessions. Its comfortable setup makes it a great fit for independent artists, writers, and producers looking for an efficient and inspiring workspace.

Piano booth / Writers lounge

The Piano & Writers Lounge provides a relaxed atmosphere for songwriting, piano recording, acoustic rehearsals, and quieter creative sessions. Perfect for developing ideas, co-writing, and capturing stripped-down performances in a comfortable setting.

OUR RECORDING PROCESS

Our team of engineers works closely with every client to create a comfortable, collaborative recording experience from start to finish. Whether you need creative direction or already have a clear vision, our engineers adapt to your workflow and help bring the best out of each session. We regularly work across hip-hop, R&B, pop, rock, gospel, singer-songwriter, podcast, audiobook, and voiceover projects. During sessions, we handle tracking, multiple takes, editing, session organization, and provide rough mixes so artists can leave with polished references the same day.
