Our Podcast Room is an intimate, professionally designed recording space that provides a comfortable, quiet, and distraction-free environment for creating high-quality content. Equipped for both audio and video podcast production, the studio combines professional recording technology with a welcoming atmosphere to help you produce polished, engaging content.
To reflect your brand, the studio offers a variety of backdrops, furniture arrangements, and props that can be customized for your recording. Whether you're looking for a clean, professional aesthetic or a more casual, conversational setting, we can tailor the space to match your vision. You're also welcome to bring your own branding, signage, or props to create a personalized look for your podcast.

$400 package
Get 2 hours of audio and video recording time in our fully equipped Podcast Room, with all equipment ready when you arrive. Your session includes audio processing for a clean, professional sound, plus 3 hours of video editing. You’ll leave with a polished audio file ready for distribution, a long-form video file ready for YouTube, and 2 short clips perfect for social media promotion.
$450 package
Get 2 hours of audio and video recording time in Studio C, with all equipment ready when you arrive. Your session includes audio processing for a clean, professional sound, plus 3 hours of video editing. You’ll get a polished audio file ready for distribution, a long-form video file ready for YouTube and 2 short clips perfect for social media promotion.
$500 package
Get 2 hours of audio and video recording time in Studio A or Studio B, with all equipment ready when you arrive. Your session includes audio processing for a clean, professional sound, plus 3 hours of video editing. You’ll get a polished audio file ready for distribution, a long-form video file ready for YouTube and 2 short clips perfect for social media promotion.
**If you record multiple podcasts within the 2 hours of recording time, an extra $25 will be added per episode to cover extra editing time.**

Our Podcast Room is available to book at $45/hour. You can also choose to record in any of our studios.

Our podcast packages start at $150 for a two-hour audio-only recording session and $450 for a two-hour audio and video podcast package. Both options include professional audio processing, and our video package also includes editing and social media clips. If you need additional recording or editing time, we're happy to provide a custom quote.

We have the capability of having up to 4 people on a podcast at once. This does not include remote guests.

Yes, of course! In addition to our recording services, our podcast packages include audio cleanup, editing, color grading (for video), and intro/outro insertion.

Yes! Our podcast packages include a full long-form video for YouTube, along with two short-form clips designed specifically for social media promotion.

No. We provide everything you need for a professional recording session, including microphones, headphones, cameras (for video podcasts), lighting, and recording equipment. Just bring your guests and any notes or talking points you'd like to reference during the episode.

Yes. If a guest can't join you in the studio, we can accommodate remote interviews through Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms, allowing you to record conversations with guests from anywhere while maintaining high-quality audio for your production.

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of editing and our current production schedule, but most podcast episodes are delivered within 1-2 weeks. If you have a deadline, let us know before your session, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Our dedicated Podcast Room is designed specifically for podcast production and is the most cost-effective option for interviews, conversations, and branded content. Studios A, B, and C are larger recording studios that can also be used for podcasts when you need additional space for larger groups, more complex video production, live musical performances, or other specialized recording needs.

If you're traveling to Indianapolis for your recording session, we also have a relationship with Hotel Broad Ripple, located just minutes from our studio, making it a convenient lodging option for out-of-town podcasters and guests.
