Thank you for choosing Round Table Recording Company for your project! We are excited to have you in the Studio and hope you enjoy your time with us.

We would like to establish a profile to streamline future bookings. This is a one-time request. All future bookings will pre-populate with your information. Providing a deposit for your session acknowledges your acceptance of all policies listed in this document. Please read then entire document.

Round Table Recording Arts program provides session shadowing experience to its students outside of their learning curriculum. We appreciate your support in providing an opportunity for our students to experience the role of the engineer/producer in a real-world environment. Please select the proper answer below regarding if you are comfortable with a student attending the session. Students will be seated near the engineer/producer to ensure they maintain a distance from you and/or your group. Students are required to wear masks in the control room.

We would like to share our policies with you prior to your visit. Our interest is ensuring the best and safest experience for every one of our clients, staff, and students.

General Studio Policies:

● Studio A - Max of 6 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ● Studio B - Max of 5 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ● Studio C - Max of 3 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ● No guns or weapons allowed anywhere in the studio. Anyone in possession of a gun or weapon in-studio will be asked to leave and are banned from any future sessions. ● No smoking, rolling, or vaping in the studio. You may smoke outside the side entrance or on the side patio. ● The studio is under security video surveillance. ● Payment is due at the end of your scheduled session. ● Once your session is complete you must exit the studio. ● Sessions past 12:00am are subject to an additional $25/hour as a late night premium.

COVID-19 Policies:

● Masks are required to be worn at all times when you are in the common areas of the studio. When in session in Studio A, B, C, or the piano room, it will be at the discretion of the RTRC staff member in cooperation with the client to determine if safe distances can be maintained and masks may or may not be required. ● Do not enter the building if you are experiencing any symptoms such as; Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, a new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, or vomiting. ● Each studio has a max capacity requirement to limit the number of individuals in any room and allow for safe distancing. ○ Studio A - Max of 6 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ○ Studio B - Max of 5 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ○ Studio C - Max of 3 people + the engineer in the control room at any time. ● At no time should anyone be at the console with the engineer/producer without wearing a mask. ● Only necessary people should attend your session.

Session Deposit

● In order for a session to be considered booked and firm on the calendar, a deposit must be paid. A paid deposit acknowledges you accept our policies. ○ Sessions two hours or less require a 100% deposit. ○ Sessions more than two hours require a 50% deposit. ● We accept multiple forms of payment to meet your preferences. ○ Our preferred methods of payment are; ■ Cashapp ($thertrc) ■ Paypal - Booking@thertrc.com ○ We also accept; ■ VISA/Mastercard ■ American Express ■ Zelle (Booking@thertrc.com)

Cancellations

● Full deposits will be returned for sessions that are canceled outside 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the session. ● Sessions that are canceled within the 48-hour window will be forfeited.
