Sessions have a two-hour minimum.
Sessions require a 50% deposit (non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the session).
Sessions past midnight are subject to an additional $25/hour late-night fee.
Groups over 10 people are subject to an additional $25/hour large group fee.
Same day sessions require an additional fee of $10/hour.
Equipment fees:
Keyboards, guitars, and amps are $25/session.
Our drum set can be rented for $100/day.
Piano tuning must be requested in advance of a piano recording session. The tuner’s fee is billed at the tuner’s rate of $140.
Mastering
Mastering is the final and most important step in the music-making process - a necessity before releasing your music. This stage ensures your project sounds balanced, polished, and consistent across all forms of playback. It’s where equalization, compression, and limiting come together to make your music sound its best everywhere it’s heard.
Our Studio A was acoustically designed with mastering in mind. Featuring Ocean Way Audio HR3.5 main monitors, an Audientconsole, and a full suite of premium outboard gear, our Indianapolis facility provides all of the tools necessary for high-end professional mastering.
We specialize in stereo mastering for all major digital distribution platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, as well as for vinyl records, CDs, and other physical formats.
*If you’d like to master for both digital and vinyl, simply add $10 per song to the mastering price.

HOW WE WORK
When you contact RTRC for custom production services, we first need to get an understanding of the scope of your project and your specific needs. After an initial consultation call or meeting, a pre-production meeting will be scheduled to discuss the song’s direction, music references, instrumentation, and overall feel and vibe.
After that pre-production meeting is complete, we will begin the production process. During this phase, we will compose, arrange, and sequence the music to bring your vision to life.
To cater to different needs and budgets, we offer several tiers of custom production services. Each tier is designed to provide a comprehensive and tailored music production experience, ensuring that every artist can achieve their desired sound and quality within their budget. Price: $135/hour
Our hourly à la carte production services give artists the flexibility to get exactly what they need, when they need it. GOLD
Flat Rate: $750
Our Gold package is perfect for solo artists or bands looking to lay down their tracks with professional support. This package provides an affordable way to get high-quality production and guidance from experienced producers.
Who It's For: Ideal for solo artists or bands that have their songs ready but need professional production and studio time to record their music. This package suits artists who want to work closely with a producer to ensure their sound is polished and ready for distribution.
DIAMOND
Flat Rate: $4000
The Diamond package is the ultimate all-in-one solution for professional solo artists or bands seeking top-tier production quality. This package covers every aspect of the recording process, providing extensive studio time, live instrumentation, and full production services.

EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:

We will walk you through the process of registering as a writer and publisher through copyright.gov. This includes submission and processing for your Performing Arts (PA) copyrights and Sound Recording (SR) copyrights.

We will discuss how to pick the best Performance Rights Organization for you, assist you in completing your affiliate application as a writer and/or publisher, help you understand the difference between a writer and publisher, choose your writer’s name and publisher’s company name, and identify your IPI numbers.

We will register your song(s) with your affiliated PRO and identify writer/publisher splits using your IPI numbers. We will also help you sign-up with Sound Exchange, as well as register your ISRC code(s) to Nielsen/Sound Scan.

This process includes uploading your files (music, album cover, lyrics, canvas, etc.), choosing which retail sites you want to distribute them to, solidifying a price, identifying your ISRC codes, and submitting the project for distribution.
*Package pricing does not include additional expenses associated with your personal registrations. Pricing also assumes that you have media to provide us with including your album cover art and canvas.
