Our Education Approach
Our Recording Arts Program blends Music Production and Audio Engineering courses.
We nurture both your technical skills and creative talents, ensuring you grow as a well-rounded music professional.
Learning is never one-size-fits-all — we embrace multiple teaching methods:
Reading for foundational knowledge
Video lessons for visual reinforcement
Hands-on training for real-world application
Observation of professional sessions for deeper industry insight
Small Group Lessons
Personalized Attention
Our classes are capped at just five students per group.
This allows mentors to understand your unique needs, learning style, and experience level.
Tailored Instruction
Struggling with a skill or concept? Instructors can drill down, provide extra support, and restore your confidence.
Lessons are adapted in real time to ensure you stay on track.
Step-by-Step Growth
Each Music Production and Audio Engineering class builds on the last.
We identify and address knowledge gaps early so you can progress with a solid foundation.
Focused & Supportive Environment
Small group learning ensures you get the individual attention you need while benefiting from peer collaboration.
You’ll never feel lost in the crowd — your growth is our priority.
Lab Work
Most lessons require you to practice the skills learned during study and small group instruction.
For students who want to go further, we offer extracurricular materials with advanced practice and challenges.
Those who complete these extra challenges can earn our distinguished Certificate of Endorsement.
Projects
We believe in learning by doing — it’s at the heart of our teaching philosophy.
Students complete a variety of real-world projects, both big and small, throughout the program.
These projects are designed to be challenging, hands-on, and fun, while preparing you for the demands of the music industry.
Student Evaluation
Every lesson is designed to challenge and encourage growth.
Evaluation is built into the learning process through in-class projects, practice sessions, and lab work.
These assessments give us a clear picture of your progress while allowing you to apply knowledge in practical scenarios.
Session Observation
In the Recording Arts Program, you’ll observe live recording sessions.
Learn firsthand how professionals manage sessions, communicate with artists, and improve performance.
Each producer and engineer has a unique style — watching them problem-solve in real time is invaluable.
Instructors provide insights to help you connect technical skills with client relationships and project outcomes.
